Lennox has officially inaugurated its new Commercial Plant at the Chuy María Industrial Park in Ramos Arizpe, Coahuila. Spanning 800,000 square feet, the facility will produce high-quality, innovative HVAC systems.
This marks the company’s fourth facility in the state. With an investment exceeding $150 million for its construction and equipment, the plant currently employs 900 workers, with plans to expand its workforce to over 2,400 in the future.
“This will be a new factory for HVAC systems. Lennox opened its first plant here in 2007; we already had three, and now we are thrilled to have four plants. We continue to bet on this project in Coahuila. Over the past 17 years, this location has become a key site for the company. Through our foundation, we have strengthened our presence in the community, which is very important to us,” said Alok Maskara, CEO of Lennox.
He further highlighted that this new factory represents the largest manufacturing investment Lennox has made globally, enabling the company to support its commercial business projects.
