Kellogg's inaugurates expansion of its plant in Querétaro

Kellogg’s inaugurated the expansion of its plant in Querétaro . The new warehouse, named “La Corregidora”, will serve as a warehouse for raw materials, packaging material and semi-processed products.
The cereal-based food company settled in the state 70 years ago and now employs nearly 2,400 people . Nicolás Amaya , president of Kellogg's Latin America , recognized, during the opening ceremony, the capacity and competitiveness of his Queretaro associates, who have become the most precious asset of the company, as he acknowledged.
“Hundreds of people work here who, with their talent, drive and dedication, make food like the ones you see here, delicious, nutritious and deeply rooted on the table in many Mexican homes. To those people, men and women who are experienced or who are starting their careers with us, Kellogg's owes their success in Querétaro, Mexico and in Latin America , even in other parts of the world ”.
Mauricio Kuri González , governor of Querétaro , was invited to this inauguration, there he thanked the trust that the directors of this company have placed in the talent of Queretaro.
“I am very pleased with the growth of Kellogg's, [who] has seen Querétaro grow for 70 years, since they are here; 50 years in this area, more than 2,400 employees, and that they continue to think of Querétaro is undoubtedly a source of pride for us. I cannot imagine the growth of Querétaro without Kellogg’s ”, he said.
Kuri González pointed out that the entity has the necessary conditions for investors and companies from all over the world to prosper, this due to its geographical location, the high degree of specialization in professionals, the link with schools and research centers, as well as your safety and work peace.
The head of the local Executive Branch mentioned that the new building will contribute to the development of the company, in addition to providing logistical and environmental benefits, characteristics that drive the production and distribution of its products.
