Inventec to Invest US$450 Million in Ciudad Juárez Through Meor’s Industrial Platform
July 28, 2026
Industrial developer Meor has consolidated HubsPark Juárez as the platform for Inventec’s expansion in Mexico. The Taiwanese company specializes in the design and manufacturing of servers, data center solutions, and artificial intelligence (AI) infrastructure. The project entails an investment of US$450 million and the creation of more than 6,000 jobs.
The operation represents one of the most significant investment announcements in recent years in manufacturing linked to artificial intelligence infrastructure in Mexico. It will strengthen the country’s installed capacity to meet the growing global demand for servers, data centers, and high-performance technologies.
As part of the project, Inventec acquired the first two phases of HubsPark Juárez, an industrial development with a master plan spanning more than 541,000 square meters, designed to accommodate highly specialized technology manufacturing operations.

The park was designed to serve companies with demanding infrastructure requirements, offering more than 5,000 KVA of available power, flexibility for Build-to-Suit projects, and the capacity for future expansions as production needs evolve.
The master plan includes four development phases, and Meor will continue promoting the expansion of the complex as demand in the industrial market increases.
“Our goal is to create value for our clients and investors by developing industrial infrastructure prepared to meet the needs of the sectors driving the new economy,” said Javier Camarena, CEO of Meor.
He added that markets are constantly evolving, but strategically located industrial assets, supported by appropriate infrastructure and disciplined execution, continue to generate value for investors and global companies.
Investment Strengthens Ciudad Juárez as a Technology Manufacturing Hub
The arrival of Inventec strengthens Ciudad Juárez’s position as one of Mexico’s leading export manufacturing hubs, particularly in high-value-added industries associated with digital transformation and artificial intelligence.
The announcement also reflects Mexico’s ability to attract investments linked to the emerging global technology infrastructure at a time when international demand for specialized servers, data centers, and AI solutions continues to accelerate.
For Meor, the transaction is part of its strategy to develop, operate, and monetize industrial assets in strategic markets across the country through projects capable of meeting the requirements of multinational companies and generating sustainable value for its investors.
With more than 18 years of experience, Meor has developed and invested in more than 100 projects, representing more than US$1.24 billion in completed and ongoing assets. The company has also optimized 1.3 million square meters of industrial infrastructure in strategic markets throughout Mexico.
