Grupo La Moderna announces investment for the construction of a plant in Toluca

Grupo La Moderna will allocate an investment of 41.64 million euros in a new pasta plant in Toluca, State of Mexico , which represents new job opportunities for the people of Mexico and boosts the dynamism of the economy.
The new plant will be at the strategic junction of the Toluca-Atlacomulco Highway, which connects with the Valle de Bravo and Lerma bypass, and will have a production capacity of 70,000 tons per month, with which this company will increase its participation in the central markets. and the west of the country.
In the meeting at the Government Palace, Alfredo Del Mazo, Governor of the State of Mexico, underlined the importance of the food sector in state development, particularly of this business group that, since its inception, has relied on the state and does so again by announce an investment for the construction of its new pasta plant.
Of Mexican origin, its first factory was installed in Edoméx, in the 1920s. Since then, its hard work, the quality of its products, vision and determination have led this company to be a leader in the national food industry.
Grupo La Moderna has established itself as a national leader in the production of wheat flour, semolina, cookies and pasta, among other products.
