GP Desarrollos Begins Construction of Pocket Park Libramiento: A New Industrial Park in Nuevo León

GP Desarrollos has begun construction on Pocket Park Libramiento, located in the municipality of Escobedo, Nuevo León. The park is strategically positioned along the Libramiento Noreste, heading toward Saltillo.
According to GP Desarrollos, this location provides high visibility and immediate connectivity to key transportation routes such as the Monterrey-Laredo Highway and the Saltillo-Nuevo Laredo Highway.
The new park will span 12.4 hectares available for lease, with four industrial buildings designed to meet the needs of a wide range of industries. The first of these four buildings will cover 139,700 square feet and is expected to be ready for delivery in the third quarter of 2025.
