FINSA participated in Hannover Messe, one of the world’s leading industrial and technology trade fairs, as part of a broader effort to promote Mexico’s industrial capabilities before global companies, technology providers, and investment stakeholders.
The company joined the delegations of Coahuila, Nuevo León, and Aguascalientes, strengthening its role as an industrial real estate developer connected to some of Mexico’s most competitive manufacturing regions.
Mexico’s industrial regions before a global audience
Hannover Messe served as a strategic platform for FINSA to engage with international companies, identify business opportunities, and reinforce Mexico’s positioning as a destination for advanced manufacturing, innovation, and nearshoring-driven investment.
Through meetings, strategic visits, and exchanges with global industry players, the FINSA team advanced conversations aimed at building connections that can translate into long-term industrial development opportunities.
Collaboration with state leaders and investment partners
FINSA’s participation was supported by the collaboration of public-sector leaders working to promote Mexico’s industrial agenda abroad, including Luis Eduardo Olivares Martínez, Secretary of Economy of Coahuila; Sofía Teresa Delgadillo, Director of ProCoahuila Mexico; Esaú Garza de Vega, Secretary of Economic Development, Science and Technology of Aguascalientes; and Cristiane Bitomsky of SEDECYT.
This alignment between industrial developers and state-level economic development teams reflects the type of coordination needed to attract investment, accelerate innovation, and connect global companies with competitive locations in Mexico.
For FINSA, Hannover Messe represented more than international exposure. It reinforced the company’s commitment to creating value through strategic partnerships, market intelligence, and industrial spaces capable of supporting the next stage of manufacturing growth in Mexico.
