Sergio Argüelles, President and CEO of FINSA, emphasized that this expansion reflects both national and international investors’ confidence in Nuevo León’s industrial ecosystem.

“Nuevo León is now the most important industrial hub in Mexico, distinguished worldwide for its infrastructure, talent, and innovative vision,” he stated.

With over 45 years of experience and a presence in eight countries, FINSA has played a key role in developing industrial parks that promote foreign direct investment (FDI), skilled employment, and the integration of supply chains.
