Finsa inaugurates third industrial complex in Querétaro

Finsa inaugurated the FINSA Querétaro III Industrial Park  in the metropolitan area of ​​the state, which will house companies from the logistics, electronics and automotive sectors.

This complex, with an area of ​​73 hectares located to the north of the City of Querétaro, has capacity for 22 companies and the generation of 19,500 direct and indirect in a period of three to four years.

Sergio Argüelles González, CEO and general director of Finsa , stated that the group's offer to the market are world-class comprehensive real estate developments, evolving the concept of industrial parks to be drivers of sustainable development for the community that generates well-being and economic growth.

Finsa , he highlighted, has added close to 12 million square meters to the industrial real estate market and manages one of the largest leasing portfolios in Latin America, with close to 3.3 million square meters. It also serves 400 companies that operate in the country, which together have generated 320,000 direct jobs .

FINSA this year celebrates 30 years of presence in the state. Its first installed complex was the FINSA Querétaro Industrial Park , which today is home to more than 30 industrial plants.

Then, to strengthen its position in this region, in 2013 it invested again in the FINSA Querétaro II Park, focused on the Airport submarket. And today, with the Grupo Fomento Queretano, a partnership begins to detonate the FINSA Querétaro III Industrial Park project , with the vision of developing a new generation of sustainable spaces and one of the best in the country.

According to the Secretary of Sustainable Development, Marco Antonio Del Prete Tercero, there are currently 49 industrial parks in the entity distributed in the municipalities of Querétaro, El Marqués, Colón, Corregidora, San Juan del Río and Pedro Escobedo.

Therefore, this infrastructure, given the nearshoring trend , represents a great window of opportunity for Mexico and for Querétaro, due to its location and economic dynamism.

That is why, he added, in Querétaro the internationalization of SMEs and their integration into value chains are encouraged to promote the development of suppliers in the state and thus have strong and competitive companies in response to the demand of large industries.

Among the characteristics of this industrial complex are a closed circuit television connected to an intelligence center, controlled access with surveillance cameras and automatic booms; wide roads with lighting by low energy consumption LED lamps; ridges with vegetation from the region provide sustainable characteristics to the development.

In addition to a sewage treatment plant and a treated water network for use in irrigation and process water; and a centralized fire fighting system with hydrants located at each foot of the lot. 20 MVA private substation.

In his speech, the governor, Mauricio Kuri, affirmed that this industrial park contributes to making a more robust local industrial supply chain and allows economic recovery in the shortest possible time.
