FINSA continues to expand its industrial platform in central Mexico with the inauguration of a new logistics facility operated by VITTI Logistics at FINSA Aguascalientes Industrial Park.
The project, with a total occupancy of 10,492 square meters, adds new capacity to the region’s logistics infrastructure, reinforcing Aguascalientes’ role as a strategic node for distribution and supply chain operations.
A logistics platform aligned with regional industrial demand
The incorporation of a 3PL operator such as VITTI Logistics reflects the increasing demand for specialized logistics services in a region that has steadily attracted manufacturing investment. As production activity grows, the need for efficient warehousing, distribution, and inventory management becomes a critical component of operational performance.
FINSA’s industrial parks have evolved to respond to these requirements, integrating facilities that support both manufacturing and logistics functions within a single ecosystem. The addition of this new warehouse strengthens that model, enabling companies to operate with greater flexibility and proximity to key production hubs.
Aguascalientes, in particular, has positioned itself as a competitive location within central Mexico, supported by connectivity, industrial base, and a growing network of suppliers and service providers.
Industrial development supported by public-private alignment
The inauguration also brought together representatives from both the industrial and public sectors, underscoring the broader relevance of the project for the state’s economic development agenda. Among those in attendance were Armando Ávila Moreno, President of the Industrial Cluster of Aguascalientes, and Esaú Garza de Vega, Secretary of Economic Development, Science and Technology of the State of Aguascalientes.
Their participation highlighted the importance of coordination between private developers, logistics operators, and public institutions in supporting industrial expansion. In a state such as Aguascalientes, where advanced manufacturing and supplier networks continue to shape economic activity, projects of this kind contribute to the infrastructure base required to sustain investment and supply chain performance.
Through developments like this, FINSA continues to consolidate its role as a key player in the creation of industrial environments designed to support logistics, attract business activity, and generate new opportunities in one of Mexico’s most competitive manufacturing regions.
