FINSA was ranked among the top 50 most prominent companies in Monterrey in 2024, according to the Players of Life ranking, which highlights companies for their influence on the local economy and their role in Mexico’s global competitiveness.
The leading industrial real estate developer in Mexico, led by Sergio Argüelles González, who also serves as Chairman of the Board, reaffirms its leadership as a benchmark in the industry.
With 47 years of experience, FINSA has been a key player in the growth and modernization of industrial infrastructure in Mexico. As part of its expansion strategy, the company offers high-quality real estate solutions for both national and international businesses.
One of its most notable projects for 2024 is the construction of FINSA Monterrey Apodaca II, the company’s fifth industrial park in Nuevo León, with an investment of nearly $78 million.
With this project, FINSA strengthens its presence in northern Mexico, one of the country’s most dynamic regions.
Additionally, the publication highlights that in 2024, FINSA received several certifications showcasing its commitment to sustainability and safety.
“In addition to LEED, Edge, and PROFEPA certifications, which underscore its ecological and responsible approach, FINSA recently earned the Safe Parks certification granted by AMPIP (Mexican Association of Private Industrial Parks), a recognition that emphasizes the safety standards of its facilities,” the report states.
FINSA is also recognized as a Socially Responsible Company, reaffirming its commitment to social welfare and sustainable development.
The ranking, "50 Companies That Drive Monterrey: Keys to Mexico’s Global Competitiveness", highlights Nuevo León’s economic strength and the role of these companies in sectors such as manufacturing, technology, finance, and energy.
“These companies stand out not only for their size and international presence but also for their leadership, adaptability, and commitment to sustainable development,” the publication notes.
