Carlos Yerena, the Mayor of Donna, Texas, stated that 2023 has been a highly positive year for the city's economic development, marked by the arrival of new businesses, an increase in tax revenue, commercial constructions, and the announcement to open lanes for cargo units on the Donna-Rio Bravo International Bridge.

For this latest project alone, an investment of $100 million is planned. Mayor Yerena stated, "The city of Donna has experienced very good levels of economic growth during these months. Attractive investments for tourism and commerce have been confirmed, and jobs have been created for the entire community. We are confident that opportunities will continue to grow."

It should be noted that the city of Donna, Texas, offers various competitive advantages for investors.
