Denso opens its fourth plant in Mexico

Denso Autopartes remains firm with its confidence in the Mexican industry, which is why it opened its fourth plant in Mexican territory .
This new factory was established in the Castro del Río Industrial Park , located in Irapuato, Guanajuato, becoming the second plant in this region; Since the Japanese company was established in these lands since May 28, 2014 in Silao, in Guanajuato Puerto Interior (GPI).
Diego Sinhue Rodríguez Vallejo, governor of Guanajuato, announced the opening of this complex, which will manufacture the automotive windshield wiper systems.
“Today we celebrate the success of the Japanese company, with the opening of its second plant in Guanajuato, now expanding to Irapuato. Congratulations on this new stage! ”, He said on his social networks.
Likewise, Ricardo Ortiz Gutiérrez, municipal president of Irapuato, declared that they recognize "its growth trajectory as a socially responsible company that contributes to the economic development of the region."
Denso México's mission is to help build a productive society through participation that reflects the needs and interests of the company, its employees, and those of its community.
The Japanese company has a plant in Apodaca , Nuevo León , which has around 4,5000 employees, where they produce a range of more than seven products for their various business units.
Guadalupe Plant is located in Guadalupe, Nuevo León, and was the second to start operations in Mexico, since it began producing in 2004. Currently it has just over 750 associates and specializes in the manufacture of motor parts.
Silao Plant has a land area of 266,000 square meters, and is designed as a 'bright and green factory', having facilities that coexist with the environment without having a negative impact. This complex is focused on auto part manufacturing and sales strategy , employing more than 1,400 people from Guanajuato.
