From the city of Delhi in India, the Council for Economic Progress of South Texas (Costep) continues to promote investments and new businesses for the region. Through the trade mission "Namaste India!," Costep CEO Adam Gonzalez, along with other leaders from business and industrial organizations in Texas, is conducting various working meetings, which have already covered cities such as Mumbai.

"We are ready to discover new opportunities and friendships that will lead to the economic growth of South Texas," emphasized Gonzalez. Costep's work focuses on attracting businesses to a region consisting of seven counties in Texas: Cameron, Hidalgo, Jim Hogg, Starr, Webb, Willacy. It also includes the northern part of Tamaulipas and Nuevo León due to various business alliances and relationships.

"We look forward to the upcoming days in Delhi, thanks to all the business leaders who welcomed us in Mumbai. Their kindness and excellent presentations have placed India at the top of our list for business attraction," highlighted the CEO.

The economic mission will continue until January 28, and the meeting and event program is organized by the Texas Economic Development Corporation (TxEDC) and is chaired by Texas Governor Greg Abbott.
