Construction of Xentral advances, a project that will invest more than 1,350 million pesos in Querétaro

Lauro Martínez Leal , general director of Xentral , reported that they will invest more than 1,350 million pesos in the construction of this supply station, which began its second phase of development.
During the act of laying the first stone of the second stage of the project, the manager explained that, of the total budget, they have already invested 450 million pesos , corresponding to the first stage, which generated more than 1,332 jobs ; however, at the end of the five stages, they estimate to reach 7,000 jobs.
The Xentral is located at kilometer 167 of federal highway 57, between La Estancia and Loma Linda , communities of the municipality of San Juan del Río, Querétaro .
The development contemplates housing all the essential lines of a supply center and in this second phase the construction of 113 warehouses is contemplated , which will be added to the 111 already existing . The complete project will consist of about 600 wineries .
Martínez Leal highlighted the location of this new space, based in "a region with significant logistical advantages, which will allow more farmers from the field and local and regional merchants to take their products to compete in Mexico and Latin America ."

In his opportunity, Roberto Cabrera Valencia , municipal president of San Juan del Río , said that the Xentral is a benchmark throughout the Bajío and recognized merchants for being generators of jobs and dynamic agents of the local economy.
For his part, Mauricio Kuri González , governor of Querétaro , recognized the group of investors who trusted San Juan del Río and the state to launch the project, which has generated jobs and business opportunities.
"I really tell you: get your company off the ground, that Querétaro will know how to reward you and the state government, I really tell you, the one who doesn't get in the way helps a lot and what he's going to do is help you," he concluded.
