Construction of the SkyBridge Sonora Industrial Park begins

With the intention of offering world-class infrastructure to house national and international companies, construction began on the SkyBridge Industrial Park in Ciudad Obregón, Sonora, which has an initial investment of 247 million pesos.
SkyPlus Developments is in charge of the construction of this park which will have industrial warehouses inventoried under the Build to Suit modality , for companies that are focused on the automotive, aeronautical, general manufacturing and logistics industries.
The SkyBridge Sonora Industrial Park has an area of 62 hectares and will be located next to the Ciudad Obregón International Airport , having a strategic location for air transport, which will expedite the delivery of merchandise through a unified customs processing program of the burden.
Ariel Picker, president of SkyBridge in Mexico , commented that this park will be of a high level with the highest standards that seeks to promote the economic development of the area to be recognized nationally and internationally.
