Construction of the Industrialix Industrial Park in Querétaro begins

The Realix Estates Group started the construction of the Industrialix Industrial Park , whose investment will be 1,572 million pesos , with the placement of the first stone of the complex in the municipality of Corregidora, Querétaro.

The general director of Realix Estates México, Héctor Francisco Mendoza Pesquera, explained that Industrialix  is ​​designed to satisfy the demand for new industrial spaces in the urban area of ​​the city of Querétaro, with the cutting-edge infrastructure that production and distribution companies demand today. world level; and with sustainability criteria for environmental care, water and conservation of endemic species.

The construction of the Industrialix Park will be in an area of ​​122 hectares, it will be located on the side of Highway 45 Quota Querétaro - Celaya Km. 0+912, in Corregidora.

This has all the necessary services to provide a comprehensive response to clients such as Grupo Mess and future investors.

The industrial warehouse complex has an additional investment potential of 5,000 million pesos.

At the event, the state governor, Mauricio Kuri González, stressed that industrial parks are an essential part of development and help to consolidate the economic activity of Querétaro.

 "This type of company, like the one they are doing here, like the one Industrialix is ​​bringing is what allows us to make it viable for people to have their jobs and formal employment," he said.

For his part, the municipal president of Corregidora, Roberto Sosa Pichardo, said that the development of Industrialix will respond to the great demand for new industrial spaces in the demarcation.
