Chihuahua Aerospace Cluster led an aerospace trade mission to Poland alongside the Government of the State of Chihuahua, with an agenda focused on international collaboration, investment attraction, and new cooperation opportunities with one of Europe’s most dynamic aerospace regions.

The mission included activities in Warsaw, Rzeszów, Katowice, and Gliwice, where representatives from Chihuahua’s aerospace ecosystem met with government agencies, business leaders, and industrial clusters to present the state’s capabilities in advanced manufacturing, innovation, and access to the USMCA market.

Chihuahua promotes its aerospace platform in Europe

As part of the agenda, three investment seminars were held to present opportunities for doing business in Mexico. In Warsaw, the delegation hosted “The Logical Choice to Operate in the USMCA Region,” while in Rzeszów the seminar “Doing Business with Mexico” connected European aerospace companies with Chihuahua’s manufacturing and investment proposition.

The delegation also visited aerospace operations in Poland, including one of Europe’s leading MRO centers, and participated in “The Future of Green Aviation” conferences, organized by Aviation Valley and the European Union, focused on innovation and sustainability in global aviation.

Collaboration with Aviation Valley and European industry partners

A key strategic partner in the mission was Aviation Valley, recognized as the leading aerospace cluster in Central Europe, with more than 200 member companies and a highly integrated supply chain.

The meetings opened conversations around supplier development, joint ventures, specialized talent exchange, cluster benchmarking, and the expansion of European companies into North America. These areas align directly with Chihuahua’s position as a strategic entry point to the USMCA region.

The mission also included participation from Chihuahua Aerospace Cluster member companies, including American Industries and TriStar Aeronautical. During the investment seminar, Sandra Malottky, Business Development Specialist at American Industries, presented Mexico and Chihuahua’s competitive advantages for aerospace manufacturing and investment projects.

Through this international agenda, Chihuahua Aerospace Cluster continues to position the state as one of North America’s leading aerospace hubs, with a value proposition built around talent, manufacturing capacity, innovation, and global partnerships.
