Canadian energy companies are interested on investing in Coahuila

With wind power and
photovoltaic plants already establishing and working throughout the State,
Coahuila has the best conditions and natural resources to develop projects
sustained in renewable energies, therefore within the economic promotion tour
through Canada the state delegation gathered with directives from the company
S2E technologies – Canadian Solar, who are thinking in developing pilot
projects in Coahuila lands.
This company has an extensive network of commercial partners with forefront technologies required for the development of photovoltaic solar projects innovative and fundable.
S2E Technologies develops, manages and designs construction and maintenance technological infrastructure programs that incorporate the knowledge to growing industries. Additionally it supports fundable projects, generating business networks and diversifies goods and services available.
During this work meeting, Milfred Hammerbacher was informed, CEO of the company, and Ady Vyas, vice-president, that the second largest solar energy plant worldwide and the largest of America is settled in Coahuila, owned by the company Enel Green Power, located in the municipality of Viesca and that produces enough energy to feed two million Mexican homes, with more than three million solar panels installed.
MaRS Advance Energy Centre is a public-private association founded in 2014 with MaRS Discovery District, the Ministry of Energy from Ontario and Siemens Canada, as founder partners. It is a center that supports mainly innovation within the energetic sector internationally, being a catalyzer for the adoption of advanced energetic technologies.
After the meeting, the commitment remained of keeping a close communication with the directives of this company to settle the exchange of experiences in a future aiming to support innovation and new products development, propping business incubators to use the talent of the Coahuila people.
In addition of specifying
the economic, competitive and of development factors that make Coahuila a safe
destination for investment.
