Camiones Rivera inaugurated a new service complex in Xonacatlán, State of Mexico, with the objective of expanding maintenance capacity for cargo transport units operating in central Mexico.
The new Camiones Rivera Toluca facility features 22 service bays, allowing a larger number of heavy-duty vehicles to be serviced simultaneously for preventive and corrective maintenance. This added capacity is expected to reduce wait times and support greater operational continuity for fleet operators.
The complex is located in a high-logistics-activity zone within the Valley of Mexico, where freight transportation growth has increased demand for specialized infrastructure dedicated to the service and maintenance of heavy-duty units.
Expanding infrastructure for cargo transport
As part of its expansion strategy, the company also announced the opening of a new Alliance Parts store in Tultitlán, one of the most active logistics corridors in the region. This service point will provide immediate availability of spare parts, components, and maintenance supplies for cargo units.
In addition to parts distribution, the store will offer preventive maintenance services, allowing carriers to complete basic inspections without significantly disrupting their operating routes.
During the inauguration, executives from the group and representatives from Daimler Truck México participated in the event. José Bazet, Senior Manager of Dealer Development, said that expanding the service network is essential to supporting freight transport operations across the country.
“A strong service network is essential to ensuring the operational continuity of cargo transportation. Initiatives like this strengthen the infrastructure that supports fleets and give carriers access to technical support, spare parts, and specialized service in strategic logistics zones across the country,” he said.

For his part, Alejandro Rivera, General Director of Camiones Rivera, said the new facilities are intended to expand the group’s service capacity and offer faster, more integrated solutions for carriers.
“We aim to provide greater service capacity, more agile processes, and comprehensive solutions that allow carriers to keep their units operating with the least possible downtime,” he said.
The inauguration of the complex coincides with the company’s 40th anniversary in Mexico’s freight transportation sector. Camiones Rivera also reported that its expansion plan includes additional infrastructure projects, among them new facilities in Lerma, as part of a strategy to broaden service coverage across the region.
