Bendix announces investment of 57 million dollars in Coahuila

The Bendix company announced a new investment of 57 million dollars for the installation of the company's Plant IV in Acuña, Coahuila, with the intention of continuing to generate components such as brake systems for commercial vehicles .
The general manager of Bendix Acuña , Jacqueline Pérez Salinas, thanked the state governor, Miguel Ángel Riquelme, for the support and facilities that made it possible for the new Plant IV to be located in Acuña, where they have been installed for more than 30 years.
"Our company has been in Ciudad Acuña for more than 30 years and during this time we have dedicated ourselves to the manufacture of brake systems for commercial vehicles, and I am proud to say that we have done it with excellent results, delivering high quality products," he declared.
It should be noted that this is the fourth plant of the company in the municipality of Acuña, where it will be adding more than 180 direct jobs.
In his speech, the State Economy Secretary, Claudio Bres Garza, highlighted the work carried out by the Government of Coahuila to attract investment and create jobs in the five regions and to guarantee the economic development of the entire entity.
Also present at the event were Bendix Assistant Principal David Rountree; the director of Human Resources of Bendix , Belem Fierro, and the president of Grupo Amistad , Claudio Ramón.
