Balaji JMC Paper Mill Inaugurates Its First Plant in Mexico

Balaji JMC Paper Mill, an Indian company specializing in paper production, inaugurated its first plant in Mexico, located in the San Jerónimo Industrial Park in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, with an investment of $40 million.
The company's project will generate over 1,200 jobs and plans an additional investment exceeding 400 million pesos within the next five years.
“Our goal is to build a legacy based on innovation, sustainability, and shared progress. We are committed to Ciudad Juárez and its families,” stated Rajni Patel, President of Balaji JMC Paper Mill.
Balaji JMC Paper Mill has a presence in more than 25 countries worldwide.
This new venture marks a significant chapter in the economic relationship between India and Mexico, strengthening the confidence of Indian companies in the Mexican market and providing a major boost to the region's development.
The inauguration ceremony in Mexico was attended by Yesha Patel, CEO of Balaji JMC Paper Mill; Cruz Pérez Cuéllar, Mayor of Ciudad Juárez; Miguel Samaniego Gámez, Director of Industry for the State Government; Oscar Lesser, former Mayor of El Paso, Texas; and Jerry Pacheco, President of the Border Industrial Association, among other authorities.
