The construction of Alliuz Alamar Industrial Park has officially begun, marking an important milestone for the continued expansion of Tijuana’s industrial infrastructure. Conceived as a next-generation development, the project will combine advanced design, connectivity, and operational flexibility to meet the growing demands of global manufacturing and logistics.
Scheduled for completion in the second quarter of 2026, the complex will offer 600,000 square feet of Class A industrial space, distributed across buildings adaptable to multiple industries. Designed to host up to eight companies in logistics and manufacturing, the park is expected to generate approximately 1,500 direct and indirect jobs once fully operational.
Driving growth through strategic investment
According to Santiago García, Commercial Director at Alliuz, the company’s goal is not only to construct modern facilities, but to create lasting value for the region.
“At Alliuz, we believe in building more than spaces — we build trust, opportunity, and partnerships that connect local talent with global industry,” he explained.
Located in the Alamar area, the park will offer immediate access to major highways and the U.S. border, positioning it as a strategic hub within the Tijuana–San Diego industrial corridor, one of North America’s most active cross-border trade zones.
Infrastructure designed for competitiveness
The project’s design includes flexible building configurations, robust energy capacity, and sustainable features that support both advanced manufacturing and logistics operations. Alliuz is collaborating with Cushman & Wakefield as its local commercial partner to attract international companies looking to expand within Mexico’s northern border region.
Supported by G-Industrial, its parent company with over three decades of experience in industrial real estate, Alliuz continues to strengthen its presence in Mexico’s most competitive markets.
“Each park we develop represents a long-term investment in the country’s future — fostering growth, employment, and global competitiveness,” García added.
