Alamos Lifestyle Center inaugurated; invest 600 million pesos

With an investment of 600 million pesos, KIVA Grupo Inmobiliario inaugurated Álamos Lifestyle Center , the firm's sixth development in Querétaro .
The space began its construction in 2018. It is a mixed project with 7,000 square meters (m2) of offices , distributed over six levels and 5,000 m2 for shops , which are distributed over three floors, a multipurpose area with an independent entrance and three levels of underground parking with 500 spaces.
The development welcomes Grupo Campomar to Querétaro , and integrates the commercial brands Starbucks, Station 24, NAMA Sushi, Corean Grill, Arthur&Sons and Funky Rabbit , among others.
In the business area , one of the first corporations to join Álamos Lifestyle Center is Wizeline , a transnational specialized in software solutions through artificial intelligence and Big Data.
The company chose this complex because it is a sustainable building that complies with all the necessary certifications and inspections in risk control and safety, for an optimal functioning of its collaborators, as it has a regulated temperature and all the services within its reach.
The inauguration was presided over by the Undersecretary of Economic Development of the State of Querétaro , Genaro Montes Díaz ; the Secretary of Sustainable Development of the Municipality of Querétaro, Tania Palacios Kuri ; the general director of KIVA , Jaime Flores , as well as directors of the real estate firm and partners of the project.
During the event, the Undersecretary of State Economic Development stressed that this project contributes to the development and economic potential of Querétaro , by generating investments and jobs.
"This type of development, in addition to generating community and recreation, where neighbors can come to walk, talk, have fun, without having to travel to other places, also generate employment and economic growth that Mexico and Querétaro require."
For his part, the general director of KIVA expressed his gratitude to Graciela Colín Negrete , contributor of the land, to the partners and investors who made the consolidation of this project possible, as well as to the local and state authorities for offering support to the investors, be organized and support them.
He stressed that this real estate group has been in that state since 2016, “we calculate that we have invested approximately 2,500 million pesos in the state and we will continue to invest. We have around 150,000 m2 today already developed and operating in Querétaro , which is the same amount that we have in Guadalajara , only with more projects, here is the sixth project that we have finished, this reflects the importance that Querétaro represents for KIVA ”.
