Aguascalientes and Italy signed an alliance

The Aguascalientes metallurgical company Metalstik, performed a commercial agreement with the Italian firm Fratelli Poli, what represents an investment of 1.2 million dollars.
Such collaboration agreement was concreted during the participation of Aguascalientes in the Hannover Messe 2018 Fair and as part of the commercial mission in Germany, aiming to favor the sum of efforts in order for the transformation industrial branch gain greater added value on its processes and products.
Both companies are dedicated to the specialized tooling design, the one from Aguascalientes specializes in stamping and tooling manufacturing, while its Italian counterpart dedicates to the development of tooling specialized for aluminum stamped parts.
The integration contract between the companies establishes a commercial and of engineering commitment for the technological development in America and Europe, intended to metal-mechanic industry.
The agreement mentions that they will work together seeking for investment funds that allow them to grow and merge with other companies, as well as detecting the trends and innovation technology to improve processes in metal transformation.
Meanwhile, Humberto Sanchez, operations manager at Metalistik, who attended the expo in Germany underlined that Fratelli Poli is a company with more than 50 years in the market, which seeks developing its technology towards aluminum assemblies and other light materials, as the trend in the automotive industry is visualized, especially in electric vehicles.
“The alliance will give us
the capacity of getting on board of this wave that is getting stronger and
whoever has those skills will have more access to the market,” said Sanchez
when referring to the emerging development of technologies for the assembly in
aluminum.
