Advance Real Estate invests 41.4 million dollars to acquire five industrial properties in Ciudad Juárez

Advance Real Estate confirmed that it acquired five industrial properties for more than 62,097 square meters (668,410 square feet) in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua.
The company, focused on the acquisition, development, leasing and operation of industrial projects in the country, announced that the transaction was for 41.4 million dollars , thus increasing its participation in key industrial markets in Mexico
Gerald Marchel, Head of Capital Markets and Development at Advance Real Estate, stated that this purchase represents another important milestone for the company, and the five acquired industrial buildings are located in one of the most active industrial markets today, and have companies of great quality.
"The decision to buy these assets follows a clear growth strategy of the company, which seeks to increase its position in the north of the country and establish Advance as a long-term investor in the country," he said.
Advance is a leading company in the acquisition and operation of industrial and logistics projects with a presence in 12 cities in Mexico and a portfolio of 11.5 million square feet of industrial space.
