Advance grows in industrial projects creation

Advance moves counter flow to continue growing and creating industrial projects to reinforce national economy.

 

The commercial director of Advance, said that before the uncertainty in country’s economic matters, the company has been able to grow and position in areas where it was already present like in Guanajuato.

 

“It has generated good business opportunities, it is not only about building leasing buildings, but we also are here to generate long term relationships and it is an important opportunity for expansion,” he said.

 

He noted that the developer is interested in continue growing and assessing the capital market, as well as obtaining more opportunities to grow in the industry. 

 

He referred that they continue their expansion in Guanajuato constructing new buildings as in Guanajuato Inland Port (GIP,) where they have two inventory constructions which are ready to be leased, with a capacity of 18,000 m2 and 11,000 m2.

 

The directive noted that with the mission of improving and establish better projects in GPI, they are building an area of skills that will be finished in the last months of 2019, and that will work as a complement for companies retaining their personnel and generate a more human environment for workers.

 

Regarding the Apaseo El Grande Industrial Park, he said they have three inventory buildings available, as well as they, continue working in safety issues in that State area, where they have implemented a military-grade system.

 

In these two projects, they have 45,000 m2 available, which project an average of 540,000 dollars in potential commissions’ revenue.

 

By having territorial reserves, they are setting a property land on the market which is located in Irapuato and has 8.8 hectares; and the second one is in Campus Industrial RMSG Villagran, which is ready for land use and has an additional building of 16,000 m2 for leasing.

With these two reserves, they add a total of 26 hectares in land for sale, of which are estimated a commission of 450,000 dollars.

 

The real estate developer has acquired several projects in new markets as Queretaro and Toluca, in addition to creating about 27 buildings in Tijuana, Apodaca, Ramos Arizpe, Estado de Mexico, Hermosillo, and Tijuana.

 

Hugo Mandujano detailed that these developments have generated an investment above 520 million dollars, what has created them the opportunity of having 35 new customers, who with the acquisition of this portfolios will generate about 8 million dollars in commissions.
