ProximityParks has commenced construction of its latest project, “ProximityParks San Pedro,” a $25 million investment aimed at serving logistics and e-commerce sectors in Monterrey’s metropolitan area, Nuevo León.
The project seeks to strengthen ProximityParks’ leadership as a pioneer in developing last-mile logistics industrial parks in Mexico.
Scheduled for completion in September 2025, the facility spans four hectares, featuring 19,000 square meters of warehouse and office space, subdividable into three modules. Strategically located at the intersection of Blvd. Gustavo Díaz Ordaz and Zinc Street, the property provides seamless access to millions of consumers across San Pedro Garza García, Monterrey, and Santa Catarina.
Commitment to Strategic Urban Logistics
Mario Berlanga, CEO and Co-Founder of ProximityParks, emphasized the company’s commitment to delivering properties in prime locations for urban logistics, adhering to the highest quality and sustainability standards.
"With premium construction specifications, sustainable features, renewable energy generation, infrastructure for electric vehicle logistics, and unmatched urban connectivity, ProximityParks San Pedro will set a new benchmark for last-mile logistics in the region and become an iconic asset in our portfolio, which is currently the largest, most sustainable, and profitable in the industry," Berlanga stated.
Designed to meet the growing demand for e-commerce and urban distribution, ProximityParks San Pedro is part of the company’s strategic plan to invest over MXN 8 billion from 2023 to 2027 across Mexico’s major cities.
