Empowering Talent: IECA Guanajuato Exceeds Expectations with Robust Training Programs

The State Training Institute (IECA) trained nearly 82,000 people in Guanajuato from January to November 2024, surpassing expectations by 111%.
This achievement translated into 8,075 courses delivered in various modalities, including 4,581 courses, 3,139 workshop-courses, 233 virtual courses, 54 workshops, 37 hybrid courses, and 31 diploma programs.
The IECA serves four sectors: social, government, educational, and business. Within the business sector, most training was provided to companies in industries such as automotive and auto parts, commerce, food industry, metalworking, plastics and rubber, transportation and logistics, associations and organizations, paper and cardboard, chemical industry, financial services, among others.
The campuses in Silao, Purísima del Rincón, Tarandacuao, Salamanca, and Tierra Blanca reported the highest increases in the number of trainees during the specified period.
Currently, the Institute operates 28 campuses, three High-Technology Training Centers, five Technological Hubs, and six Specialized Innovation Centers. Through these facilities, the IECA delivers dozens of courses and workshops ranging from trades and languages to specialized fields such as circuit design, robotics, and machinery operation, among others.
