A significant milestone was reached in Chihuahua with the commencement of the Bafar Norte Industrial Complex, backed by an investment exceeding 250 million pesos. This groundbreaking project, sprawling across 54 hectares, aims to construct 180,000 square meters of industrial warehouses to accommodate 21 companies in the sector, generating over 20,000 employment opportunities.

The complex is designed to offer a range of essential services, including natural gas, fiber optics, certified fire protection systems, access control, a convenience store for employees, sports facilities, and a designated area for a daycare center.

Notably, this initiative marks the 15th industrial park developed by Grupo Bafar through its Industrial Real Estate developer, Fibra Nova.

He highlighted that the groundbreaking ceremony signifies Chihuahua's global presence, offering modern industrial parks that ensure investment security.

During the ceremony, Governor Maru Campos of Chihuahua extended her congratulations to Bafar, acknowledging its significant contribution to the state's economic landscape. She praised Grupo Bafar for its leading role in the food sector nationwide and for elevating Chihuahua's profile on the national and international stage.
